Ahead of the Succession Planning Summit 2018 we chat to Robert Brierley, Human Resources Director for truck manufacturing company, PACCAR Australia, who, in2017 won the AHRI award for Talent Development. In this Q&A Robert chats to us about the strategies PACCAR utilised to fill capability gaps and overcome the challenge of an aging workforce.
